Bio-cleaning & cleanroom services

Bio-cleaning for healthcare and controlled environments.

For clinics, hospitals, care homes, laboratories and industry: cleaning, disinfection and checks tailored to how your premises are used and to your organisation’s protocols.

Clinics, hospitals & care homes

Plan bio-cleaning for bedrooms, care areas and sensitive zones in line with your organisation’s protocols. Access, frequency and checks are agreed with hygiene teams, taking care routines and residents into account.

Laboratories & pharma

Plan particle cleaning, grey and white cleaning stages, and checks to meet site requirements. The methods below cover controlled environments and interventions that call for them.

01 Preparation stages

Understand each preparation stage

After building work, equipment installation or contamination, bio-cleaning is planned to reach the required level of cleanliness. Grey cleaning removes particles from surfaces and equipment. White cleaning combines detailed cleaning and disinfection in line with the site protocol.

  • Cleanrooms and controlled environments
  • Laboratories, pharmaceutical production, watchmaking and technical areas
  • Operating theatres and controlled-particle areas
  • Particle and microbiological checks as specified

02 Control plan

Plan checks from the outset

The service plan specifies surfaces, access, products, working methods and required checks. Any particle or microbiological testing of air, water or surfaces is agreed for the scope. In GMP environments, the site’s own procedures and quality responsibilities remain the reference.

Micro-nebulisation is carried out with a Swissmedic-certified device and included in the site’s disinfection protocol.

How bio-cleaning is organised

A sequence suited to each area.

  1. 01

    Define

Agree the scope, how the premises are used and the objectives with the quality manager.

  2. 02

    Carry out

Bio-cleaning and disinfection following the agreed sequence.

  3. 03

    Document

Record the work and add details to the service report.

03 Grey cleaning

Grey cleaning: remove particle contamination

After construction work, before equipment is commissioned or following contamination, grey cleaning covers the surfaces specified in the brief: ceilings, walls, floors, furniture and process equipment. The work sequence and cleaning methods help limit particle transfer to areas already treated.

04 White cleaning

White cleaning: detailed cleaning and disinfection

White cleaning combines detailed cleaning with disinfection. In pharma, it follows good manufacturing practice and the site’s quality system. In watchmaking, it supports particle control at production workstations.

05 Quality checks

Checks: particles, air, surfaces and water

The control plan specifies sampling points, methods, acceptance limits and who reviews the results. Particle counts and microbiological analyses serve different purposes. The organisation’s quality criteria determine when a room or production line can be released.

06 Follow-up · My Synapse app

Document bio-cleaning day to day.

Track tasks and checks by area, using the protocols agreed with your organisation.

  • Prepare tasks. Schedule services and make checklists available to teams.
  • Record completion. Record service details, photos and signatures needed for follow-up.
  • Monitor quality. Keep reports together and flag non-conformities to those responsible.

My Synapse modules are selected to suit your organisation. HyperDryMist® services are tracked in the app.
